Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, John Fury!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Eemeli Lampi!
The judges for this bout are Eliza Hachem, John Mangel and Francis DeMontford.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fury throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Fury throws a shot from downtown. Lampi moves away and avoids it.
Lampi misses with a left hand
and Fury counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Fury slips a straight right by Lampi.
Fury wants to take advantage of his opponent's missed offense by moving into the clinch.
Lampi moves out of range as Fury strikes.
Fury fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Lampi manages to avoid it.
Lampi moves away from the strike by Fury.
Lampi throws a body shot but no joy.
Fury stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Fury has been working on his boxing with his coaches at The Dojo in the buildup to the fight.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Fury listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.
Lampi cracks a nice hook into Fury's ribs.
Lampi throws a leg kick
and Fury counters with a straight right hand.
Fury lands a head shot.
Fury swings widly with a right hand
and Lampi connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
It looks like John Fury has been cut.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Fury throws a poor cross that misses
and Lampi counters with a crisp right hand that drops Fury! Lampi lets Fury back up to his feet, looking for a finish!
Fury is rocked!
Lampi misses the shot to the body.
Oh Fury is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Lampi shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
John Fury seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Fury misses with a few strikes there.
Fury seems to have got his legs back now.
Fury clinches.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Lampi breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Lampi connects with a picture perfect right hand that knocks Fury out cold! This one is over in a flash!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:34 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Eemeli Lampi!
Eemeli Lampi decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
