Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between New Car (ranked 1925 p4p, 2436 weight class) and Trent Punchy (ranked 289 p4p, 363 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of The Island, New Car!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Trent Punchy!
The judges for this bout are Bart Greer, Santiago Holmes and Peter Branson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Punchy motions for Car to come forward. Punchy throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Punchy is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Car's half guard.
Car tries to kick Punchy off but Punchy keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
Well, if Punchy is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
Car won't allow Punchy to pass to mount.
Car looks like he's trying to stand up.
Punchy wants to lay and pray for a moment but Car keeps working.
Punchy thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Car's head.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Punchy is trying to get an arm triangle but Car is defending well.
Car is trying to escape and get back to his feet.
Car knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Punchy on the ground.
Car is trying to escape the position but Punchy is controlling the position.
Punchy has hold of Car's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Car seems comfortable defending it but Punchy has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Car is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Car is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Punchy couldn't care less - he's delighted!
