Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sam Wilson (ranked 4976 p4p, 7096 weight class) and Aung La Tung Min (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Aung La Tung Min is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Sam Wilson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Aung La Tung Min! The judges for this bout are Dirk Anderson, Daniel Franklin and Bart Greer.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Wilson shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Wilson was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Tung Min looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight! Wilson controlling from side mount. Tung Min bucks up and tries to throw Wilson off but instead Wilson has got his back! Wilson really has the hooks in deep now - there seems like no escape for Tung Min. Tung Min is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
That's one minute gone in the round. Wilson's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground. Wilson tightening his grip on Tung Min, looking for the choke.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Wilson keeps control of the position easily here as Tung Min tries to buck him off.
Wilson seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Tung Min for as long as he can get away with.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Wilson has his opponent's back and is working for the choke. Good control from Wilson. Wilson has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. This is a sustained period of stalling by Wilson.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Tung Min showing good submission defense here.
Wilson is working the ground and pound. Can Tung Min escape? Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Good control from Wilson. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Sam Wilson dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Wilson shoots in and bounces Tung Min off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Wilson stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Tung Min swivels though and keeps the full guard. Wilson slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Wilson stands up from guard. Let's bang! Wilson closes the distance and pushes Tung Min back into the cage. Tung Min is breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Wilson lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage. Wilson's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Wilson forces Tung Min back against the cage and clinches. Wilson gets control of Tung Min's arms and successfully pulls guard. Wilson will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back. A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Wilson holds on and takes a little breather. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Wilson escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Tung Min gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Wilson manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Tung Min manages to get himself to full guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Wilson missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Wilson wants to pass the guard but Tung Min is keeping the position. Tung Min utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Wilson is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. Wilson is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. Wilson slips nicely into half guard. Sam Wilson overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Tung Min taking some punishment here, with Wilson in his half guard. Wilson thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Tung Min's head. Wilson controlling the pace. Tung Min won't allow Wilson to pass to mount. Wilson is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.

Sam Wilson dominated that second round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!
Wilson forces Tung Min back against the cage and clinches. Still in the clinch, Wilson scores with a nice short uppercut. Wilson pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Wilson gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Wilson ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Tung Min wants to control from the top but Wilson keeps moving. Wilson is scooting his butt against the cage and has managed to get back to his feet. Tung Min presses him back against the cage, presumably looking to take the fight back to the mat. Tung Min prevents the takedown attempt.

That's two minutes gone in the round. The pace really dropping off here, momentarily. Tung Min escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Tung Min throws an elbow that misses. Wilson uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Tung Min's guard. Nice move by Wilson!

Wilson keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Tung Min's head. Sam Wilson is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
