Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Joe Exotic (ranked 1778 p4p, 898 weight class) and Douglas Cardozo (ranked 256 p4p, 136 weight class). Joe Exotic has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

With a record of 5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Douglas Cardozo!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Timothy Bukovac and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Exotic ducks under a wild hook from Cardozo.
Exotic quickly followed up with a counter body kick but doesn't connect.
We've been informed that Cardozo has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.

Exotic has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Cardozo is really squeezing tight and eventually Exotic passes out! Cardozo breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
