Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Konrad Wagner (ranked 156 p4p, 694 weight class) and Rich Mahogany (ranked 24 p4p, 119 weight class). Mahogany has chosen Litty as his entrance music. This should be a great matchup!

Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 10 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Konrad Wagner!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Rich Mahogany!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Timothy Bukovac and Percy O'Donnell.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wagner throws a head kick that misses.
Mahogany throws a big counter head kick but Wagner avoids it with no problem.
Wagner lands a nice leg kick that just misses Mahogany's sensitive parts.
Mahogany has his takedown stuffed
and Wagner counters with a nice uppercut.
Mahogany shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Wagner as he avoids it easily.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Mahogany is squirming around, avoiding Wagner's attempts to control the action.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Wagner is really struggling to control Mahogany but he's trying to hold on to the position.
Mahogany is desperately trying to improve his position but Wagner has a good base and remains in mount.
Wagner can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Mahogany is looking to escape.

Wagner connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Mahogany momentarily.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Wagner fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Mahogany on the side of the head.
It looks like Wagner has been trying to sharpen up his punching technique, as it looks crisper than last time we saw him.
A nice inside leg kick there by Wagner. That's going to slow Mahogany down.

A looping hook to the body misses from Wagner. Mahogany does a little dance to reset his feet.
Wagner is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Mahogany can do to turn this around?
The crowd cheers as Wagner lands an impressive looking overhand right. Mahogany doesn't seem phased though.
Mahogany changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Wagner tries to avoid it but Mahogany manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Wagner to the ground. Wagner escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Mahogany.

Wagner lands a leg kick that knocks Mahogany off balance momentarily.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Wagner lands with a kick to the temple. Mahogany shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"

Konrad Wagner has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Rich Mahogany.

Oooooh!!! Wagner has knocked Mahogany down with a huge combo! Wagner steps away and waves a wobbly Mahogany back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

Wagner throws a pinpoint strike between Mahogany's hands that connects right on the jaw and sends Mahogany crashing to the floor! He's out before he even hits the mat and Wagner scores a great knockout victory!
