Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Travis Dillon (ranked 3198 p4p, 2290 weight class) and Yoshi Takano (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 16 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Travis Dillon!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 25 - 22 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Yoshi Takano!
The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Gwen Towbar and Tiny Johnson.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No joy there for Takano, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Dillon ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Takano moves away.
As Dillon backs off Takano throws a huge counter combo but Dillon manages to avoid it all.
Dillon connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Dillon chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Takano uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Dillon.
Dillon definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Dillon lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Dillon throws a looping overhand right but Takano ducks down to avoid it.
Dillon changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Takano looks winded!
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Dillon digs a good hook to Takano's body.
Takano bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Takano stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Dillon.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Takano moves out of range as Dillon strikes.
Takano uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Dillon.
Dillon avoids the head kick by Takano.
Dillon appeared to be looking to counter that last move with a leg kick.
Dillon throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Takano keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Dillon.
Dillon connects with a right hand. Takano shakes it off.
Takano on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Dillon throws a chopping leg kick but Takano manages to avoid taking any serious damage.
A jab from Dillon finds it's way through Takano's defenses.
Takano misses with a low kick.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Dillon feints a kick and comes over the top with a right hand, followed by a left hook - both land, sending Takano crashing to the mat! This one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:09 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Travis Dillon!
Travis Dillon decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
