Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Joseph Futeran!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Maurits Assndrop!
The judges for this bout are Igor Prikhodko, Dmitry Maklakov and Sergei Dronov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Futeran on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Assndrop has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Futeran on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Horrible takedown attempt by Futeran or perhaps it was just good defense by Assndrop, which made it look bad.
Assndrop rushes Futeran and presses him up against the cage.

Futeran has Assndrop pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Futeran pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Assndrop tumbling to the mat - Futeran dives into Assndrop's guard.

Maurits Assndrop comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Assndrop has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
