PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jesse Pinkman (ranked 2472 p4p, 2600 weight class) and Mr Mojo Risin (ranked 305 p4p, 320 weight class). Pinkman comes to the cage accompanied by DLZ by TV on the Radio. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Jesse Pinkman!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Mr Mojo Risin!
The judges for this bout are Franklyn Lucas, John Roberts and Jonathan Paton.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pinkman tests Risin's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Risin is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Risin lands a jab to the nose.
Jesse Pinkman seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Pinkman moves in looking to clinch but Risin pushes him off.
Pinkman closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Pinkman connects with a body shot.
Risin takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Risin lands a nice shot that snaps Pinkman's head back.
Pinkman throws a shot to the body.

Pinkman throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Risin was covering up waiting for the punch and Pinkman finishes the takedown easily into guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Pinkman drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Pinkman jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Pinkman makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
Pinkman slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
Risin wants to stand and escape but Pinkman is having none of it.

Risin really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Pinkman. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Pinkman stands and throws Risin's legs to the side, diving into side control.

Pinkman connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Risin some visible discomfort.

Pinkman is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. Risin is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. Risin flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Pinkman anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Risin and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Pinkman slips an arm under Risin chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Pinkman has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Pinkman is squeezing on Risin like an anaconda would it's prey. Risin fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!

Jesse Pinkman tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
