Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Wally West (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and David Haye (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Wally West! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, David Haye! The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Shimada, Taro Takaoka and Shirou Masuda.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Haye throws a series of punches but West avoids them all with ease. Haye throws a series of punches but West avoids them all with ease. The fight stays on the outside here - Haye looks like he's thinking about clinching though. West looks for a takedown but Haye sprawls well. West showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Haye.
West closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. West lands a nice short elbow. West thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Haye's head. West wants to free his trapped foot but Haye is holding on for dear life with his legs. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. West not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. West working over Haye with some ground and pound. Haye looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. Haye is refusing to be controlled, as West sits in half guard. West not landing any meaningful shots this time.
That's one minute gone in the round. Haye misses with some strikes from the bottom.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Haye gets in close and instigates a clinch. West wants a takedown.
Haye can't break the clinch.
West has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Haye avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Wally West. That's going to take a lot out of him. West has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Haye is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. West goes for a takedown in the clinch but Haye prevents it.
West gets a nice trip takedown into half guard. West is looking to advance position but Haye won't allow it. West is breathing heavily. West has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount. You get the feeling that Haye really doesn't like being in this position too much.
That's two minutes gone in the round. West trying to control but he's not successful this time. Haye is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Haye working to try and regain half guard.

That's three minutes gone in the round. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Haye wants to get back to his feet.
West lands a big elbow. West unloading with bombs! The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Haye avoids a strike by West and manages to complete a very nice reversal in the process, to end up in West's guard! Fantastic escape!
West tries to land a sweep but no joy. West is working hard here to advance position. West is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. West throws a strike but Haye avoids it easily and moves to full guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. West scoring with punches to the head and body. Haye working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from West. West postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Haye is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. West lands a couple of digs. West passes Haye's right leg, so he's now in half guard. Haye is in trouble now - West has advanced to mount! Haye is bucking up trying to escape but West cracks him with another couple of good strikes. Haye is desperately trying to get back to half guard.

Wally West dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Haye stuffs the takedown. Haye tries to clinch up. Haye misses with the combination.

Haye moves in looking to clinch but West pushes him off. Haye keeps the fight on the outside. Haye tries to clinch up and West counters with a nice double leg into half guard. Haye is breathing heavily. West is thwarting Haye's attempts to control the position. Haye wants to improve his position but West is controlling well.
That's one minute gone in the round. Haye taking some punishment here, with West in his half guard. West lands strikes from half guard. West is stalling here. Haye is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! West seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Haye has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work. Haye wants to stand but West has his arm trapped. West manages to work his way to half guard, despite Haye's best efforts. West moves into full guard.
West on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if West tries to get out of the position. West is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Haye looking to sit in guard and control but West gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. West postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head. West throwing strikes from guard but Haye blocks nicely. West trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Haye is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. West working some strikes from top position. West lands a couple of decent looking shots. Haye wants to get back to his feet but West is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
That's three minutes gone in the round. West tries to free his leg and advance position but Haye is retaining full guard.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. West shoots in for a takedown but Haye shows good takedown defense. West will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Wally West. That's going to take a lot out of him. Haye wants to clinch and West counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by West. West throws a big right hand that misses. Haye is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst West is controlling him. West with a flurry of punches that miss. West loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. West postures up.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Haye has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes West off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds. Haye closes the distance but West moves to the side and West counters with a shoot takedown. Haye fights it but they end up in guard. West might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Haye manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
West is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Haye controlling the pace for now. West is squirming around, avoiding Haye's attempts to control the action. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Wally West dominated that second round. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! This is the final round!
No luck for West with that takedown attempt. Haye falls off balance throwing a combination
and West counters with a nice double leg into side control. Haye won't be happy with that. Haye trying to remain calm as West controls from the top position. Haye dodges the ground and pound from West. West connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Haye some visible discomfort.
West throws an elbow but Haye slips to the side and avoids it well. West works to advance to full mount. Haye defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs. Haye tries to hold on but West postures up. West lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
A nice elbow there by West. Both fighters are breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. West landing punches. Haye tries to buck West off but he can't manage it. West scoring with some good ground and pound from mount here. Will he manage to finish Haye?

Haye tries to hold on but West postures up. BOOM! West connects with a massive shot to the dome!
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. West looking to ground and pound his opponent to a finish here.
Haye is looking to get to half guard. West avoids the attempt from Haye to control. West landing strikes, looking to finish! Haye is trying to escape the mount.
West lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.

West has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. West is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Haye can't stay in a position like this for much longer.

That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. West lands a heavy elbow. West controlling from the full mount. Haye is looking to improve his position but West isn't that keen on the idea. West has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Haye's face.
West lands a nice shot to the head. Haye sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though. West stops Haye from getting back to his feet.
David Haye has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! West thows a huge punch but Haye dodges it nicely.
Wally West is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. West is trying to control. Haye wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
And that's the end of the fight! Wally West showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for West, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
