Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dean Winchester (ranked 4551 p4p, 6403 weight class) and Cesar Kongo (ranked 587 p4p, 694 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Winchester shoots in and drives through. Kongo sprawls well.
Kongo has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Kongo throws a low kick but Winchester avoids it.

Winchester drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Kongo wants to get back to his feet.
Kongo should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Winchester tries to land with some ground and pound but misses.
Winchester works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head.
Kongo takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.

Kongo is rocked!

It looks like Cesar Kongo has been cut.

Winchester is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Kongo is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Kongo is still in real trouble! Can Winchester finish him?
Winchester crunches a massive hammerfist down on Kongo - he's out! Winchester Holds back on further strikes and jumps to his feet to celebrate with the crowd!

After the fight, Dean Winchester was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
