Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bhima Banahatti (ranked 2236 p4p, 1438 weight class) and Wolf Von Hardenberg (ranked 310 p4p, 220 weight class). Banahatti kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Electric Worry. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

It looks like Wolf Von Hardenberg has been cut.
Von Hardenberg clobbers Banahatti with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

It looks like Bhima Banahatti has been cut.
Von Hardenberg throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Banahatti feinted with a counter takedown.

and Banahatti counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

Von Hardenberg sends Banahatti crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Von Hardenberg is motioning to the referee to let Banahatti up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Banahatti shoots in looking for a takedown. Von Hardenberg tries to sprawl out of it but Banahatti keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Von Hardenberg manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Von Hardenberg! Banahatti is out on his feet! Von Hardenberg rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Banahatti is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Banahatti is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.
