The judges for this bout are Columbo Gatti, Lou da Vinci and Eddie Farnsworth.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lehtomura takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Corleone swings widly with a right hand
enabling Lehtomura to counter with a crisp jab.

Corleone tries to land a front kick but Lehtomura steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Corleone lands with a straight right. Lehtomura didn't see that one coming.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Corleone lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Lehtomura moves out of range as Corleone strikes.
Lehtomura steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Corleone.
Lehtomura connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Corleone throws out a loose jab but Lehtomura uses good head movement to avoid it.

Lehtomura moves out of range of the leg kick from Corleone.
Corleone takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Corleone is looking to take this fight into the clinch.

Corleone misses with the body kick
and Lehtomura counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

Lehtomura is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all.
