Zinsou looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Dela Cruz with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Dela Cruz moves into full guard.
Dela Cruz isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Zinsou stacks Dela Cruz on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Zinsou!

Zinsou has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for Dela Cruz!

Zinsou has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Dela Cruz's face.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Dela Cruz takes a big shot to the dome and his eyes have rolled back in his head! Zinsou's killer instinct has kicked in as he finishes the fight with more strikes. Impressive finish.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:40 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Yayi Zinsou!
After the fight, Yayi Zinsou was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
