Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Joao Cajo Branca (ranked 271 p4p, 738 weight class) and Santu Avisu Kona (ranked 43 p4p, 93 weight class). Branca kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is original score medley. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Frank Antenori and Percy O'Donnell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Avisu Kona misses the jab.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Avisu Kona crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Branca - the referee stops the clock and Avisu Kona gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Branca. Avisu Kona manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Branca drops Avisu Kona with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Avisu Kona looks back up at him and smiles so Branca waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Avisu Kona is still looking wobbly from the end of the last round!
Avisu Kona gets tagged by a hook that puts him to sleep! Branca points and yells something to his unconcious foe before strutting off. Avisu Kona wakes up just in time to hear Branca thank his coaches in the post fight interview.
