Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between AU ST (ranked 2389 p4p, 4242 weight class) and Ryu Yamauchi (ranked 233 p4p, 384 weight class). Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, AU ST!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Ryu Yamauchi!
The judges for this bout are Ben Hemmingworth, Damien Edna and Chris Dean.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
ST walks into a jab.
ST misses with a shot to the body
and Yamauchi counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
ST shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
Yamauchi tries to kick ST off in order to stand up. ST Avoids the leg push though and dives into side control.
Yamauchi is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
ST moves into full mount!
ST looking to ground and pound but Yamauchi is blocking nicely.
That's one minute gone in the round.
ST wants to control the pace but Yamauchi is squirming around nicely.
ST with good strikes from the mount here!
Yamauchi working to try and regain half guard.
Yamauchi is still trying to improve position.
Yamauchi wants to hold on but ST pushes him away.
ST swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Yamauchi is now in ST's guard. A big mistake from ST there, giving up the dominant position!
ST keeping full guard, as Yamauchi tries to pass.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
ST keeping moving, preventing Yamauchi from controlling successfully.
ST has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Yamauchi doesn't defend quickly enough and ST has managed to lock this one up! Can Yamauchi escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to ST on a fantastic submission victory.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:35 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). AU ST!
After winning the bout, AU ST thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
