Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Epo Eyepoke (ranked 5204 p4p, 3120 weight class) and Tray Punchhard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Epo Eyepoke! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Tray Punchhard! The judges for this bout are David Hoff, Peter Branson and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Punchhard closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Punchhard lands in his opponent's guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Punchhard sitting in guard, not really doing much. Let's hope that Punchhard has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Eyepoke is looking to stand up but Punchhard isn't so interested in that idea.
That's one minute gone in the round. Punchhard controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Punchhard stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Eyepoke swivels though and keeps the full guard. It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup. Punchhard loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Eyepoke misses with a head kick.
Epo Eyepoke seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Eyepoke throws a nice head kick!
It looks like Tray Punchhard has been cut. We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Punchhard has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat. Eyepoke throws a head kick that misses and Punchhard moves into the clinch. Eyepoke looking to throw knees to the head but Punchhard is blocking nicely.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Eyepoke tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage. Eyepoke throws an elbow but it's blocked.

Punchhard breaks from the clinch.
Eyepoke tries a head kick but it misses.
Eyepoke throws a head kick but Punchhard moves out of range.
Punchhard clinches. Punchhard jumps guard and drags Eyepoke to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back. Eyepoke knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Punchhard on the ground. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Punchhard is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control. The fighters are working up against the cage. Punchhard manages to wriggle his way back to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched against the cage. Punchhard jumps guard and drags Eyepoke to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back. Eyepoke avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Eyepoke slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Eyepoke won't allow Punchhard to sweep him here. Punchhard keeping busy, throwing shots from the bottom. Eyepoke trying to control but Punchhard is working from the bottom. Punchhard keeping full guard, as Eyepoke tries to pass. Eyepoke has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Punchhard is pulling down on Eyepoke's head. It's preventing any offense from Eyepoke, at least for the moment.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Punchhard uses the cage to get back to his feet.
Eyepoke lands a big head kick that sends Punchhard tumbling to the mat! Eyepoke takes a step backwards and waves Punchhard back to his feet - he wants the finish! A slow jab from Eyepoke misses its intended target. Punchhard rushes Eyepoke and presses him up against the cage. Eyepoke tries a knee to the head but he's missed.

Punchhard pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Eyepoke lands a big head kick that sends Punchhard tumbling to the mat! Eyepoke takes a step backwards and waves Punchhard back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Punchhard is rocked!
That has opened up Tray Punchhard's cut even more. Eyepoke feints with a left and delivers a massive head kick! Punchhard collapses like a ragdoll! Game over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Epo Eyepoke! Tray Punchhard spoke after the fight, saying 'It was a great experience, thank you for the opportunity, thanks to the fans and I promise you I will train hard and bounce back.'.
