The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Quigley stuffs the takedown attempt from St Pierre. St Pierre gets slowly back to his feet.
Matthew Quigley is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
Quigley feints and as St Pierre raises his hands in defense, Quigley changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

St Pierre is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Quigley is aware though and is defending well.
Quigley wants to control from the top but St Pierre keeps moving.
Quigley might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control St Pierre haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

Matthew Quigley comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Quigley has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
