PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Marko Rakic (ranked 2324 p4p, 3968 weight class) and Andor Kovacs (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rakic comes to the cage accompanied by Right Above It. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Rakic feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Kovacs gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Rakic to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Kovacs bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Rakic's guard.

Rakic seems keen to control Kovacs's posture.
