Coming up we have a heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Sena Kobayakawa (ranked 6565 p4p, 6319 weight class) and Fortune Thibodeaux (ranked 631 p4p, 615 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Thibodeaux cracks Kobayakawa with a big elbow, right in the eye socket! Kobayakawa drops to his knees in obvious pain! The referee starts the count but it's plainly obvious that Kobayakawa isn't going to get back to his feet. The referee counts none the less and Thibodeaux struts around the mat, safe in the knowledge that this one is over. A big win for Thibodeaux!

After winning the bout, Fortune Thibodeaux thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
