Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 15 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Helen Salvacion!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 12 - 8 - 2, fighting out of Las Vegas, Affectionately Eve!
The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Wesley Smith and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
Salvacion fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Salvacion shoots in for a takedown but Eve shows good takedown defense.
Eve thinks about the counter body kick.
Eve misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Excellent takedown into side control there by Salvacion.
Eve throws Salvacion to one side and escapes!

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Eve slaps away a takedown attempt from Salvacion, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Eve replies with a solid counter kick to the body but Salvacion blocks it well.

Eve gets caught napping as Salvacion dives in and scores a takedown. Eve manages to retain guard.
Eve wants to stand up but Salvacion is controlling him.

Eve pulls Salvacion in close to prevent any damage.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Eve can do anything to dispel that myth.
Eve is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Salvacion trying to control the position from guard on top but Eve is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Eve is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Salvacion is controlling him.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

Eve is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Salvacion's half guard.
Salvacion has his hands clasped together around Eve's back. He's all about the action.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Salvacion shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Eve makes the exchange count by landing a cracking kick to the body. Salvacion really felt that one!

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Eve shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Eve showed some decent athleticism there.
Eve takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
Eve decides to stand and escape the position.
Nice sprawl there from Salvacion as Eve shoots in.
Eve shoots in but no luck this time.

Salvacion gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Eve stands up from guard. Let's bang!
Salvacion misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Eve thinks about the counter body kick.
Salvacion shoots in and drives through. Eve sprawls well.
And Eve responds with a good body kick, but Salvacion manages to step out the way in time.

Horrible takedown attempt by Eve or perhaps it was just good defense by Salvacion, which made it look bad.
Salvacion is looking to counter with a body kick.
Salvacion stuffs the takedown attempt from Eve. Eve gets slowly back to his feet.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Salvacion darts in looking for a takedown but Eve gets double underhooks and turns Salvacion into the cage.
Eve is loading up here, looking for a big counter of his own.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
A close second round but Affectionately Eve will probably get the nod - 10:9.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!
Salvacion has his takedown stuffed
and Eve counters with a good, hard body kick but Salvacion shrugs it off.
Eve drives through with a takedown into guard.
Salvacion is pulling down on Eve's head. It's preventing any offense from Eve, at least for the moment.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Salvacion controls Eve momentarily but Eve frees himself.
Eve slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Salvacion trying to keep a closed guard but Eve is proving a slippery customer.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Eve pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Eve closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Eve wants to stand but Salvacion has hold of a leg and an arm, so he's trapped for now.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Eve seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
Eve passes into side control, despite Salvacion's attempt to control the position.
Salvacion is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Salvacion struggling a bit here.
Affectionately Eve is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.
Eve decides to take the fight back to the feet.
Helen Salvacion has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Eve fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Salvacion sprawls well initially but Eve persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
And that's the end of the fight!
Affectionately Eve comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Eve has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
