Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Great Tiger (ranked 789 p4p, 790 weight class) and Taylor Jack (ranked 92 p4p, 93 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Jack's choice of entrance music: Lucid Dreams. On his way into the cage it seems that Great Tiger has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Great Tiger seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 25 - 18 - 0, fighting out of London, Great Tiger! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 23 - 14 - 2, fighting out of Las Vegas, Taylor Jack! The judges for this bout are Kenichi Hosakawa, Hirohito Nitta and Yasuomi Hirokawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Tiger slips under a jab from Jack. Jack getting the better of the striking in that exchange. Jack throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Good shot there by Jack.
It looks like Great Tiger has been cut. Jack scores with a shot to the body.
Jack misses with a double jab.
Jack moves into range and connects with a jab. Jack lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Tiger gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Jack. Taylor Jack seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Jack scores with a body shot.
Jack with a body punch. A glancing blow. Jack throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Tiger sees it coming and avoids it easily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Tiger changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Jack tries to avoid it but Tiger manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Jack to the ground. Jack escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Jack looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it. Jack has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout. Jack throws a shot from downtown. Tiger moves away and avoids it. Jack misses with a lunging right hand
and Tiger counters with a single leg into guard. Jack didn't expect that. Tiger trying to control the position from guard on top but Jack is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Tiger trying to pass the guard. He's being very persistent here but Jack manages to land a sweep and now he's on top! Jack is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. Tiger is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Tiger looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Jack passes into side control.
Jack controls the position from side control. Tiger tries to improve position but can't. Jack grinds an elbow into Tiger's temple. Tiger tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Jack wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Jack controlling from side mount. Tiger is looking to regain half guard here but Jack keeps moving and retains side control.
That's three minutes gone in the round. The referee asks Jack politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Jack prefers to stall for the moment though. Tiger can't do much from the bottom here. Tiger is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Jack happy to just control the position for now. Tiger is positioning himself to get back to half guard. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. You can see the frustration on Tiger's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Taylor Jack dominated that round. The cut man is working on Great Tiger's cut. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. Jack connects with a leg kick. Jack throws a front kick that sends Tiger stumbling back into the cage. Tiger on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Taylor Jack seems to be getting the better of the standup. Jack swings for the body but Tiger moves out of range.
Jack fakes a jab and scores with a low kick. Tiger takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
A head kick misses from Jack. A counter left hand to the body from Tiger misses its target. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Tiger uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Jack. Jack throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Tiger on the side of the head. Tiger waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Jack.
That's one minute gone in the round. Tiger takes a shot right to the bread basket. Taylor Jack is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Jack lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Tiger at a distance.
Tiger uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Jack. It appears Tiger was looking to counter with a kick there. Tiger takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Tiger drops his hands momentarily and Jack takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Tiger is rocked! Jack fakes the body blow, causing Tiger to drop his hands! Left hook to the temple! Tiger goes stiff, and falls face first into the mat. Goodnight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:36 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Taylor Jack! An out of breath Taylor Jack thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
