The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Barbosa tries to sprawl but Holmes drives through with a takedown into half guard.
Barbosa tries to roll over but Holmes keeps him under control.
Barbosa is doing well to control the position and prevent Holmes from advancing to side control.
Holmes trying to control the action but Barbosa is working from the bottom.
Barbosa might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Barbosa is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Holmes's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Holmes's back!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Holmes wants to escape the position.
Barbosa throws a big right hand but he misses and hits the mat. Ouch.
You can see the frustration on Holmes's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.
Barbosa is looking to control Holmes but Holmes is wriggling around and keeping busy.
Holmes won't enjoy being in this position. Barbosa looking for the choke. Oh... he's slipped the arm under the neck - Holmes is tapping - it's over boys! Barbosa picks up the submission victory!
