Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mogens Pedersen (ranked 3549 p4p, 2369 weight class) and Biscuit Oliva (ranked 475 p4p, 331 weight class). Oliva comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Vo Williams - Primal (ft. Vyceroy) kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice takedown defense from Oliva. No joy for Pedersen on that attempt.
Pedersen walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Pedersen checks a leg kick.
Oliva closes the distance and clinches.
Pedersen has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Oliva after a bit of a struggle.
Oliva lands a nice shot to the body.
Oliva throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges.
Pedersen is breathing heavily.
Oliva lands a hook to the side of the head.
Oliva makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
We've been hearing reports that Pedersen has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.
Oliva digs a right hand underneath Pedersen's ribcage. Pedersen let out a lung full of air as it connected.
Oliva lands an uppercut.
Still in the clinch, Oliva scores with a nice short uppercut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Pedersen's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
Pedersen is rocked!
Oliva lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Pedersen backwards.
Oh Pedersen is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Oliva creates some distance for himself and unleashes a massive uppercut that sends Pedersen's eyes rolling into the back of his head! Pedersen drops to his knees and Oliva pours it on with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:44 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Biscuit Oliva!
Biscuit Oliva tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
