This TWGC bout is 1 fifteen minute round in the lightweight division. Introducing today's competitors. And in the blue corner, fighting out of Las Vegas, with a TWGC record of 4 wins and 7 losses; Juu Dyon! The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Frank Antenori and Don Winkell.
The fighters bow as they face eachother in the middle of the mat and we are under way. Dyon doesn't succeed with the takedown and Ortega counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Score +2 for takedown into guard / half guard: Ortega (2) vs (0) Dyon Ortega trying to control the position from guard on top but Dyon is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Dyon manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Ortega manages to get himself to full guard.
