The judges for this bout are George Francis, Frank Dennis and Daniel Franklin.
The fighters connect hands in the middle of the mat and we are under way.
Ace has his takedown stuffed

Okoroji escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Ace gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Ace is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Okoroji is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

Okoroji got a little sloppy there for a moment and Ace has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Okoroji has managed to get both his arms back between Ace's legs - danger averted.

Ace manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Okoroji manages to get himself to full guard.

Okoroji working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Ace doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Ace manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Ace seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Okoroji for as long as he can get away with.
Ace's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
Ace is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
