Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Nick Hanson (ranked 4859 p4p, 4893 weight class) and Tommy Lee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Nick Hanson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Tommy Lee! The judges for this bout are Phil Schofield, Daniel Bishop and Chris Edwards.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hanson shoots in for a double leg but Lee sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Lee steps in looking to clinch after the strikes miss from Hanson. Hanson throws a body punch but Lee moves out of range. Hanson gets caught flat footed, as Lee shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Lee controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Lee passes into half guard. Hanson is looking to escape. Hanson really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Lee controlling the action here. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Lee prevents Hanson from standing back up.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Lee perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
That's one minute gone in the round. Lee looks to score some points with some ground and pound. Hanson on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Hanson tries to get out of the position. Hanson is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Hanson is looking to control Lee's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Hanson avoid being mounted? Lee content to sit in half guard and control for a moment. Hanson is looking to improve his position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Lee trying to control the pace. The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. Lee closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Hanson's guard. Lee seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Hanson had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Lee defends it easily.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Lee working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound. Lee is stalling in the full guard. Lee scoring with punches to the head and body. Lee stays in close to Hanson's body and controls the position. Lee lands a couple of elbows.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Lee content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. Lee is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. Lee distracts Hanson with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. Lee content to stall in guard here. Lee has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Tommy Lee dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Lee closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Hanson wants to control but Lee is keeping busy.

That's one minute gone in the round. Hanson wants to control but Lee is keeping busy and won't allow it. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Lee not doing much here.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Lee gets the takedown into side control. A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet. Lee working away. Lee takes a little break here. Hanson wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Hanson is looking to get back to his feet here but Lee is keeping cool and he's managed to take Hanson's back. Hanson trying to control but he's just got himself in more trouble. Lee has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Lee has good solid back control here. Hanson grimaces as he takes a shot to the body.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Hanson won't enjoy being in this position. Lee looking for the choke. Oh... he's slipped the arm under the neck - Hanson is tapping - it's over boys! Lee picks up the submission victory!
