Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Jim Doodes!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Jack Humphrey!
The judges for this bout are David Schapiro, Eddie Farnsworth and Russell Pearce.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Humphrey shoots in and gets a takedown into Doodes's guard.
Doodes looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Doodes is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control.
Doodes definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Humphrey with a flurry of punches that miss.
Doodes tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Humphrey must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Doodes is on top in guard.

Humphrey keeping moving, preventing Doodes from controlling successfully.
Doodes not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.

Doodes makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
Humphrey really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Doodes. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Doodes passes into half guard.

Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Doodes in particular looking to stall.

Humphrey pushes Doodes off, looking to escape but Doodes dives into side control. He's locked up a kimura now - that was fast! He's cranking on it and Humphrey is forced to tap! The fight is over!
