Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bobo Brazil (ranked 2174 p4p, 1274 weight class) and Rock Silva (ranked 268 p4p, 165 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Rock Silva was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brazil swings widly with a right hand
and Silva cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
It looks like Bobo Brazil has been cut.
Bobo Brazil seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Brazil misses with a hook
enabling Silva to counter with a crisp jab.
Silva throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Silva walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Silva lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
Silva swats away the attempt to clinch by Brazil.

Silva lands a vicious elbow to the side of Brazil's head that scrambles his senses and sends him wobbling down to the canvas! Silva tries to finish him with strikes but Brazil still seems able to defend himself so Silva steps back and lets Brazil get back to his feet - he wants no part of the ground game.
Brazil is rocked!
Bobo Brazil's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Bobo Brazil's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!

A relieved looking Rock Silva thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
