Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Wolfgang VonMildenstein (ranked 5695 p4p, 2930 weight class) and Terry Silver (ranked 592 p4p, 390 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Wolfgang VonMildenstein! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Terry Silver! The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Elvis Blanc and Trevor Gratis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Silver scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. Silver thows a left - swing and a miss! VonMildenstein shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Silver counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
It looks like Wolfgang VonMildenstein has been cut. Silver fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
VonMildenstein half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range. VonMildenstein displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Silver throws out the jab. It looked like VonMildenstein was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit. VonMildenstein moves forwards but Silver connects with a nice, crisp jab. VonMildenstein tries to clinch up but Silver circles away and keeps his distance. VonMildenstein throws a combination that misses and Silver counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. VonMildenstein is looking to clinch. Silver throws out a counter right but VonMildenstein avoids it with no problem. Silver moves into the clinch. VonMildenstein blocks an uppercut.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Silver. VonMildenstein effectively controlling the action here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Silver tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage. A short body shot lands from Silver as the two fighters clinch.
A head punch blocked on the inside by VonMildenstein. VonMildenstein blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
VonMildenstein fails to pull guard.
Silver lands on the inside with an uppercut. Silver swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Silver presses VonMildenstein against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot. A left hand lands to the body for Silver.
VonMildenstein's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button! Silver cracks VonMildenstein with a nice body shot. VonMildenstein takes a shot to the head. Silver breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Silver just misses with a punch to the body.
VonMildenstein avoids the body shot from Silver.
VonMildenstein throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Silver was covering up waiting for the punch and VonMildenstein finishes the takedown easily into guard. This has been an exciting period of action! Silver manages to wriggle out and sneak his way back up to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched up against the cage. Silver softening up his opponent with strikes, against the cage. A short right hand to the side of the head by Silver. Silver lands a body shot in the clinch.
Silver pushes VonMildenstein back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head. Silver lands with a short head shot on the inside. VonMildenstein blocks a punch to the side of the head.
VonMildenstein jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Silver walks away with a smile on his face. VonMildenstein gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Wolfgang VonMildenstein. That's going to take a lot out of him. VonMildenstein uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Silver. VonMildenstein appears to be looking for a counter takedown.
That's three minutes gone in the round. VonMildenstein tries to clinch but fails miserably enabling Silver to counter with a crisp jab. No joy there for Silver, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Silver bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps VonMildenstein's head backwards. Silver forces VonMildenstein back against the cage and clinches. Silver breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Silver misses with a right hand letting VonMildenstein counter with a right hand. Silver misses with a hook
and VonMildenstein counters with a nice double leg into side control. Silver won't be happy with that. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. VonMildenstein is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Silver is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. VonMildenstein tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it. Silver is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but VonMildenstein has just dragged him back down to the mat.
That's four minutes gone in the round. VonMildenstein is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Silver has escaped the position, nice work there. Silver is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, VonMildenstein asserts his dominance and retains side control. Silver is wriggling around trying to escape but VonMildenstein has hooked up a rear naked choke! Is it over??? Is it... you're damn right it is! Silver taps out and VonMildenstein picks up the big win! Great work there by VonMildenstein!
