Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Kappa Knox (ranked 834 p4p, 917 weight class) and Mad Dog Malone (ranked 128 p4p, 137 weight class). Knox comes to the cage accompanied by 'Til I Collapse | Eminem. Malone has chosen Bad Boys - Inner Circle as his entrance music. This should be fireworks!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Malone throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Malone's corner calls for a 1-2. Malone obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Malone throws a body shot but no joy.
Malone tries to land a front kick but Knox steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.

Knox is looking to score with low kicks.
Knox on the wrong end of a nice hook.
Malone throws a hook but Knox blocks it.
Knox is looking to counter punch.
Knox misses with a hook. Malone ducked under it nicely.
Malone thumps Knox with a low kick.
Knox has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Underground Rio in the buildup to the fight.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Knox lands a lovely overhand right.
Knox misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Knox lands with a kick to the temple. Malone shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Malone fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Knox manages to avoid it.

Malone throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Knox connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Malone scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Mad Dog Malone seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Malone sizes up Knox with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Malone fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Knox is out of range.
Knox is looking to counter with head kicks.
Knox lands a body shot.
An inside leg kick from Knox misses.
Knox lands a nice shot to the body.

Malone wants to land a leg kick but Knox is out of range.
Knox will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.

It looks like Mad Dog Malone has been cut.

Malone is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Knox with a body shot.
Malone has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Knox jabbing away but nothing is landing.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Malone! But no joy.
Malone looks to score with a jab to the body but Knox is just out of range.
Knox half committed to a counter leg kick.
Malone misses with an uppercut. Knox saw that one coming.
Knox was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit.
Knox feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Malone sprawling to the canvas! Malone rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Knox finish him?!
Malone is rocked!
Malone misses with the body kick
and Knox counters with a powerful cross that connects right on the chin and the lights go out! A massive one punch knock out!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:31 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Kappa Knox!

Mad Dog Malone was interviewed post fight and said 'Blue Lives Matter!'.
