Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Jonnis Koc (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Thomas Nemecek (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Jonnis Koc! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Thomas Nemecek! The judges for this bout are Daniel Cesar, Emerson Jorge and Matheus Silva.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Koc misses with a takedown attempt - Nemecek sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Koc looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Nemecek tries to roll over but Koc keeps him under control. Nemecek kicks Koc off and gets back to his feet. Nemecek rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Koc moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Nemecek throws an overhand right that lands on Koc's shoulder, as Koc tries to avoid the shot. Thomas Nemecek seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Nemecek changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Koc looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
That's one minute gone in the round. Koc is not content to let Nemecek control the position. Nemecek might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Koc kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time. Nemecek controlling the position from side mount.
That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Koc gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard. Koc tries to roll over but Nemecek keeps him under control.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Koc landing strikes from the bottom. Koc is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Koc gets back to full guard.
Nemecek stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Koc swivels though and keeps the full guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Thomas Nemecek will probably get the nod. That's time! Back to the action!
Koc doesn't succeed with the takedown and Nemecek counters with a one-two to the body. Nemecek loads up on a big right hand but Koc slips the punch. Koc darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Nemecek has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Koc is working away from the top position though. Koc is working for a kimura but Nemecek is defending it quite comfortably.
That's one minute gone in the round. Nemecek kicks Koc off and gets back to his feet. Koc shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Nemecek works his way to full guard. Good work.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Nemecek working away from the bottom but not quite defensive enough there because Koc has passed into half guard!
Nemecek wants to control but Koc is keeping busy.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Nemecek slips a leg in and gets back to half guard. Nemecek is looking to control Koc's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Nemecek avoid being mounted? Koc is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. Koc is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Nemecek throws a strike from the bottom that misses.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Koc is looking for a kimura but Nemecek is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Koc to get the leverage. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jonnis Koc dominated that second round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. And we move into the final round!
Nemecek throws a series of punches but Koc avoids them all with ease. Nemecek throws a series of punches but Koc moves out of range. Nemecek fails to land with a series of punches.
Koc moves out of range of the leg kick from Nemecek. Nemecek is looking to clinch. Nemecek is looking to land body kicks. Nemecek tries a low kick but Koc avoids it. Koc shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Koc was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Koc wants to control the pace but Nemecek is squirming around nicely. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Koc is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Nemecek can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
That's one minute gone in the round. Nemecek wants to hold on but Koc pushes him away. Nemecek working to try and regain half guard.
Poor strikes thrown by Koc there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!
That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Nemecek is squirming around, avoiding Koc's attempts to control the action. Koc pushing the pace here, looking to move to his opponents back and work for a finish.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Nemecek is in all sorts of trouble here.
Koc goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Nemecek is on top in guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Nemecek wants to control from the top but Koc keeps moving.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Nemecek drops back, looking for a kneebar! Koc looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Koc looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Koc! Nemecek gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.
And that's the end of the fight! Jonnis Koc showed his dominance in that final round. I think Koc has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
