Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Selimkhan Rasnov (ranked 6006 p4p, 5110 weight class) and Phol Mfer (ranked 625 p4p, 589 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 4 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Selimkhan Rasnov!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Phol Mfer!
The judges for this bout are Radbod Blank, Patrick Alders and Aafke Stam.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rasnov shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Mfer fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Rasnov misses with a jab to the body
letting Mfer counter with a right hand.
Mfer misses the shot to the body.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Rasnov.
Mfer scores with a jab.
Rasnov tries to close the distance and clinch but Mfer swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Rasnov throws a leg kick but Mfer checks it.
A countering left hand to the body from Mfer misses.
Mfer uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Rasnov misses with a body shot.
Mfer throws out a counter right but Rasnov avoids it with no problem.

Rasnov throws a leg kick but Mfer moved away.
Rasnov throws a body kick despite being completely out of range
and Mfer counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Rasnov takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Mfer avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Mfer is loading up here, looking for a big counter of his own.
Mfer throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Mfer lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Rasnov backs up against the cage.
Rasnov throws a body kick that misses
and Mfer counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Rasnov takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Mfer tests Rasnov's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Rasnov is rocked!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Mfer lands a glancing blow to the side of Rasnov's head.
Oh Rasnov is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd cheers as Mfer lands an impressive looking overhand right. Rasnov doesn't seem phased though.
Rasnov seems to have got his legs back now.
Rasnov fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Mfer is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Rasnov with a body shot.
Rasnov dives in for a single leg takedown but Mfer sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Mfer throws out a counter right but Rasnov avoids it with no problem.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Selimkhan Rasnov. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Mfer pushes Rasnov back against the cage and unloads with a body punch.
Mfer's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Rasnov rushes Mfer and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Mfer throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges.
Rasnov is breathing heavily.
Mfer stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body.

Mfer breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Mfer is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Rasnov had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into mush.
Mfer drops Rasnov with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Rasnov looks back up at him and smiles so Mfer waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Mfer scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Nice shot lands for Mfer.
Mfer feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Rasnov sprawling to the canvas! Rasnov rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Mfer finish him?!
Phol Mfer is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Mfer dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Mfer drops Rasnov with a huge uppercut! Rasnov drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes. Mfer is raining down punches and the ref stops the fight! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:32 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Phol Mfer!
