Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Morgan Masvidal (ranked 4308 p4p, 4285 weight class) and Waltur Hans (ranked 0 p4p, 489 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Hans's choice of entrance music: My Heart is Cold - Bad History. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The judges for this bout are Roger Salmon, Colin Fray and Ryoma Takatsuka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hans shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Hans showed some decent athleticism there.
Masvidal gets back to full guard.
Masvidal working for a triangle but Hans defends it easily.

Hans got a little sloppy there for a moment and Masvidal has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Hans has managed to get both his arms back between Masvidal's legs - danger averted.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Morgan Masvidal.
