Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jim Jones Jr (ranked 263 p4p, 96 weight class) and Aku Serronen (ranked 40 p4p, 14 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Jones Jr might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to The Brian Jonestown Massacre - Ballad of Jim Jones. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The judges for this bout are Shigeki Sano, Taro Takaoka and Yukihiro Yamamoto.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Serronen tries a head kick but it misses.
Jones Jr throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Serronen on the side of the head.

Serronen escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Jones Jr gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Jones Jr lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Jones Jr, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
