PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Osiris Egyptian (ranked 5 p4p, 138 weight class) and Artturi Reinikainen (ranked 1 p4p, 19 weight class). Egyptian kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Good Vibrations . Reinikainen has chosen Walk Like an Egyptian as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the lightweight championship of the world!

With a record of 34 - 14 - 1, fighting out of Helsinki, Osiris Egyptian!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 16 - 9 - 3, fighting out of Amsterdam, Artturi Reinikainen!
The judges for this bout are Ren Mimura, Kenichi Hosakawa and Shigeki Fujiwara.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.

Reinikainen feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

I would just about give that final round to Artturi Reinikainen.
Well Reinikainen has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
