Dementia comes to the cage accompanied by Hit Me With Your Best Shot - Pat Benatar. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Azor Ahai!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ahai cracks Dementia with an open hand slap.

It looks like Pugilistic Dementia has been cut.
Dementia has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Dementia looks to throw the jab but Ahai is out of range.
Dementia misses with a body kick.
Dementia on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Ahai misses with a few strikes there.
Ahai connects with a right hand. Dementia shakes it off.
Ahai takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.
Ahai misses with a body shot.
Dementia stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Dementia throws a leg kick but Ahai moved away.
Ahai lands with a shot to the body.
Dementia misses with a low kick.
A low kick from Dementia is predictable there
and Ahai counters with a one-two to the body.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Ahai cracks Dementia with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Ahai has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Dementia to stand back up!

Dementia is rocked!

That's one minute gone in the round.
Ahai is looking for an opening here. He's unloaded a big left hand that catches Dementia flush on the jaw and sends him tumbling to the canvas! Dementia is out cold! Ahai holds back from landing any unnecessary shots to his unconscious opponent, as the referee reacts slowly to the situation. A brutal knockout and then some excellent sportsmanship - this guy is my new favorite fighter!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:10 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Azor Ahai!
A relieved looking Azor Ahai thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
