Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Pacho Herrera (ranked 5787 p4p, 3370 weight class) and Bad Dawg (ranked 649 p4p, 441 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Pacho Herrera!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Bad Dawg!
The judges for this bout are Johanna Lukiainen, Tarja Halkonen and Ben Zyskovitsi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dawg lands a glancing blow to the side of Herrera's head.
Dawg avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Dawg keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Herrera shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Dawg as he jumps to the side.
Dawg swats away the attempt to clinch by Herrera.
Herrera misses with a double jab
and Dawg makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Herrera takes a jab right on the kisser.
The crowd cheers as Dawg lands an impressive looking overhand right. Herrera doesn't seem phased though.

Herrera takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Herrera tries to clinch up but Dawg circles away and keeps his distance.
Dawg punishes Herrera's body with a nice straight punch.
Herrera fails with an attempt to clinch.
Dawg drops Herrera with a beautiful combination! Herrera stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Dawg is looking for the KO!
Herrera is rocked!
Dawg drops Herrera with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Herrera looks back up at him and smiles so Dawg waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Oh Herrera is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Herrera looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Dawg drops Herrera with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Herrera looks back up at him and smiles so Dawg waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Dawg throws a pinpoint strike between Herrera's hands that connects right on the jaw and sends Herrera crashing to the floor! He's out before he even hits the mat and Dawg scores a great knockout victory!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:10 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Bad Dawg!
Bad Dawg tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
