Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Buakaw Lee!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Luke Griffin!
The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Ian Loll and Elvis Blanc.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Griffin catches Lee with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Luke Griffin seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Lee moves into the clinch successfully.
Lee wants a takedown.
Griffin breaks from the clinch.
Griffin lands a two punch combo.
It looks like Buakaw Lee has been cut.
Griffin stuffs the takedown attempt from Lee. Lee gets slowly back to his feet.
Lee shoots in and drives through. Griffin sprawls well.
Despite the aggression on Griffin's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Buakaw Lee. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Excellent takedown into side control there by Griffin.

Lee is rocked!
Griffin has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Griffin tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.

Lee is trying to work for a sweep but Griffin has mounted him!
Lee tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Griffin is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Lee can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
Buakaw Lee's cut is getting worse.
Griffin throwing strikes here but Lee is writhing around nicely and avoiding any serious damage.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Lee is in all sorts of trouble here.

Buakaw Lee's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
Lee is in a horrible position here. Griffin smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
Oh Lee is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Jeez, Buakaw Lee's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Buakaw Lee's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
