Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 14 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Steven Christie!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 20 - 13 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, James Quin!
The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Chris Edwards and Phil Schofield.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Christie shoots in and gets a takedown into Quin's guard.

I've been told that Quin has been drilling his wrestling of late, which has already helped him take this fight to the mat. Let's see how much of an impact it has on the outcome of the ground game.

Quin lands a really nice looking cross but Christie seems unphased.

That was a close second round but I would say that Steven Christie will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare each other down, ready to get back to the action. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.
