Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kole Mack (ranked 24068 p4p, 24123 weight class) and Antero Aalto (ranked 724 p4p, 696 weight class). Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Antero Aalto enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Kole Mack!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Antero Aalto!
The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, James Ackerman and Sam Margolis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck for Aalto with that takedown attempt.
Mack pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Mack throws an overhand right that lands on Aalto's shoulder, as Aalto tries to avoid the shot.
Mack looks to land a right hand but Aalto moved out of range.
Aalto shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Mack as he jumps to the side.
A head kick misses from Mack.
Mack throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Aalto sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Aalto lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected.
Mack thows a left - swing and a miss!
Aalto tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Horrible takedown attempt by Aalto or perhaps it was just good defense by Mack, which made it look bad.

Aalto is looking for a sweep. Mack is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Aalto is looking to control Mack's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Aalto avoid being mounted?

Aalto is trying to avoid being dragged into an even worse position than he's already in but Mack is staying active.

Aalto felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

What can Aalto do to escape this position? He's going to have to figure it out pretty quick if he wants to stay in the fight!
Aalto rolls, trying to escape but Mack keeps control of the position.
Mack is looking cool and calm here, just waiting for a good opportunity to attack and finish the fight from this dominant position.

Mack lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Aalto circles away quickly and effectively.

Aalto tries to close the distance and clinch but Mack swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

This has been an exciting period of action!

Aalto throws a big counter head kick but Mack avoids it with no problem.
A solid leg kick lands there for Aalto.
Aalto bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
A nice side step and Aalto releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.
Aalto takes the fight into the clinch.
Mack pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Mack plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!
Mack stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Mack wants it to stay on the feet.
Kole Mack seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Aalto shoots in looking for a takedown. Mack tries to sprawl out of it but Aalto keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Mack manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Mack wobbles Aalto with a right hand and the left hook that follows puts him on his rear! Mack dives in with a huge flying punch that connects right on the button and puts Aalto to sleep! - What a violent and spectacular finish!
