Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between danielll Fernandes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Senior Lutia (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fernandes kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is C`mon Man. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lutia feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Fernandes looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Fernandes looking for a guillotine here but Lutia defends easily.
Fernandes looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Lutia has picked Fernandes up and slammed him! Fernandes can't keep hold of the triangle and Lutia manages to pass to side control!

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Lutia shoots in looking for a takedown. Fernandes tries to sprawl out of it but Lutia keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Fernandes manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Lutia drops back looking for a leg! Fernandes is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Fernandes manages to kick Lutia off! Lutia jumps back into Fernandes's guard.

and Fernandes counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Lutia!
Lutia is desperately trying to improve his position but Fernandes has a good base and remains in mount.

Fernandes drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Lutia manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Fernandes has Lutia in his guard.

Lutia has hold of Fernandes's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Fernandes tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Lutia cranks the arm and Fernandes screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Fernandes, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
