Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Paddy Quinlin (ranked 2760 p4p, 4237 weight class) and Danny Danger (ranked 381 p4p, 544 weight class). Quinlin comes to the cage accompanied by Blood Across the Firmament. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Quinlin tries to clinch but Danger is having none of it.
Quinlin keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Quinlin misses with a straight right.
Danger dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Quinlin fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Danger has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Danger misses with a head kick.
Quinlin is looking to take this fight into the clinch.

As Danger looks to move away, Quinlin throws a big counter combo but Danger just gets out of the way.

Quinlin has closed the distance and engaged Danger in a clinch.

Danger pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Quinlin ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.

Danger darts in and clinches Quinlin up against the cage.

Danger tries to throw a body punch but Quinlin avoids it by throwing Danger back against the cage.

Danger breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Danger with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Quinlin thows a leg kick but Danger checks it
enabling Danger to counter with a crisp jab.

It looks like Paddy Quinlin has been cut.
Quinlin fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Danger manages to avoid it.

and Danger connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Quinlin blocks a jab.
Danger circles away from the clinch attempt.
A head kick misses from Danger.
Quinlin looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Danger blocks the body kick.
Quinlin tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
A slapping leg kick lands for Quinlin.

Quinlin tries to clinch up but Danger circles away and keeps his distance.
And Danger responds with a good body kick, but Quinlin manages to step out the way in time.
Quinlin is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Quinlin throws out a token jab with nothing on it.

and Danger cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

Danger lands a big right hand that sends Quinlin crashing to the mat! Danger stays standing though and waves Quinlin back to his feet!

Quinlin tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Danger counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Oh Quinlin is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Danger darts in and lands a big hook, right on the button! Quinlin's legs crumble underneath him as he falls to the canvas! The ref tackles Danger before he gets to land any more shots to his stricken foe.
