Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Jake Askren (ranked 2782 p4p, 5581 weight class) and Mulk Visti (ranked 269 p4p, 425 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Jake Askren!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Mulk Visti!
The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Chris Downing and Gwen Towbar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Visti avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Askren forces Visti back against the cage and clinches.
Askren is pushing Visti up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.

Askren lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Visti circles away quickly and effectively.

Well Askren has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
