Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Duster Bouglas (ranked 2157 p4p, 1375 weight class) and Matt Cooke (ranked 305 p4p, 210 weight class). Matt Cooke has the eye of the tiger tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Duster Bouglas!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 42 - 20 - 3, fighting out of London, Matt Cooke!
The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Gwen Towbar and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cooke swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Bouglas.

Bouglas does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

Cooke ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Bouglas moves away.

Cooke takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Cooke lands a big head kick that sends Bouglas tumbling to the mat! Cooke takes a step backwards and waves Bouglas back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Matt Cooke dominated that round.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

We are yet to see a takedown attempt from Cooke in the fight. On paper you would think he is the more dominant ground fighter so let's see if these unusual tactics pay off.

Matt Cooke really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that KOMBAT KLOTHING logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
