Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Parta Matti (ranked 3913 p4p, 3728 weight class) and Guido Carosella (ranked 453 p4p, 438 weight class). Guido Carosella is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Parta Matti!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Guido Carosella!
The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Jack Bonds and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Matti throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
It looks like Guido Carosella has been cut.
Matti moves out of range as Carosella strikes.
Matti uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Carosella.
Matti is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
It looks like Parta Matti has been cut.
Carosella ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Matti moves away.
Matti went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.
Carosella tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Matti was well out of range. Poor timing from Carosella.
A quick step to the side and Matti tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.
A jab from Carosella does it's job there.
We've been told by Matti's head coaches at FF Forever that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Carosella connects with a good right hand that stumbles Matti. Matti circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Carosella rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Matti moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Carosella lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Matti is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Carosella fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Carosella throws a jab when Matti was well out of range.
Carosella comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Matti misses with a low kick.
Carosella throws a series of punches but Matti avoids them all with ease.

Matti pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Carosella back to the cage. Matti follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
Matti misses with a double jab.
Matti with the inside leg kick.
A chopping leg kick lands by Matti.
Matti lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Carosella sizes up Matti with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Carosella lands with an uppercut that bounces Matti off the cage and back into range.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Carosella scores with a body shot.
Carosella swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Matti counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Carosella tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Carosella misses with the combination.
Matti avoids the body shot from Carosella.
Matti throws a big counter combination but Carosella scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Carosella rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Matti moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Carosella misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Matti throws a head kick that misses.
Carosella on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
That has opened up Guido Carosella's cut even more.
Carosella has been working his punching technique in the buildup to the fight and it appears to be paying off.
The fighters circle momentarily. Matti darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Carosella swings widly with a right hand
and Matti counters with an inside leg kick.
Matti keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Carosella.
Matti throws a series of punches but Carosella avoids them all with ease.
Carosella throws a predictable looking body shot
and Matti counters with a nice right hand that sends Carosella toppling to the canvas! Carosella scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Matti finish him?!
Carosella throws an off balance right hand
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Carosella walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Matti slips a jab and a cross from Carosella.
Matti half committed to a counter leg kick.
Carosella swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Matti cracks Carosella with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Matti has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Carosella to stand back up!
Carosella is rocked!
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Carosella walks into a straight right, dropping him to the canvas! Matti swarms him and finishes the fight with a hail of punches! What a brutal finish!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:08 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Parta Matti!
Parta Matti spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
