The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jackson throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Tampa's waist but Tampa gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Jackson off to one side.
Jackson has a takedown stuffed.
Horrible takedown by Jackson or perhaps it was just good defense by Tampa which made him look bad.
Ranca Tampa has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Noel Jackson.
No luck for Jackson with that takedown attempt.
Jackson closes this distance looking for a takedown but Tampa circles away.
Jackson closes the distance and clinches up with Tampa, looking for a takedown. Jackson pushes Tampa against the cage but Tampa circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Jackson has a takedown stuffed.
Jackson dodges the punch combination from Tampa.
Jackson shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Tampa pinned against the cage. Tampa gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Jackson looks gassed!

Tampa darts in and clinches Jackson up against the cage.

Tampa is trying to trip Jackson. He has hold of a leg but Jackson is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Tampa persists though and gets the takedown into guard.
Jackson wants to sweep here but Tampa controlling him for the moment.

Tampa controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
Tampa's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Jackson has his feet on Tampa's thighs here. He's pushed Tampa off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Tampa screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
