Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Shaun Hawkins!
The judges for this bout are Peter Branson, Santiago Holmes and Sandra Marshall.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones fails with a takedown attempt.
Hawkins changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt.
Hawkins closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Hawkins looks up at the clock and then as Jones takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Hawkins smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
Hawkins lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Jones down.
Jones looking for a sweep but Hawkins has passed into full mount! Oh no!
Hawkins lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
