Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the lightweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Ed Green!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Kranckx Diesel!
The judges for this bout are Bart Greer, Santiago Holmes and Dirk Anderson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Diesel closes the distance and pushes Green back into the cage.
Still in the clinch, Diesel scores with a nice short uppercut.
Green jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Diesel walks away with a smile on his face. Green gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Diesel closes the distance and clinches.
Diesel looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Green's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
Diesel throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Greens head.
Diesel lands with a short shot to the head.
Diesel lands with a left to the head.
Green is rocked!

Oh Green is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
A nice right hand lands inside from Diesel.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Diesel lands with a short punch from the clinch.
Diesel creates a bit of space for himself and rocks Green with a big uppercut! Green tries to clinch up but Diesel pushes him back against the cage and lands another monster strike that crumples Green to the mat! Green covers up and Diesel unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:36 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Kranckx Diesel!
Kranckx Diesel is the new lightweight champion!
A very excited looking Kranckx Diesel made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
