Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Diesel misses with a few strikes there.
Diesel darts in and clinches Honkanen up against the cage.
Honkanen goes for a takedown attempt but Diesel pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
A looping hook to the body misses from Diesel. Honkanen does a little dance to reset his feet.
Honkanen changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt.
Diesel tries to close the distance and clinch up but Honkanen swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Honkanen is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here.

Honkanen jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Diesel walks away with a smile on his face. Honkanen gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Diesel throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Honkanen on the side of the head.
Diesel tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Honkanen paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Honkanen drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Diesel defends it well.
Schlunckr Diesel is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Honkanen uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Diesel.
Diesel connects with a crisp jab.
Diesel clinches up with Honkanen and pushes him back against the cage.
Diesel pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Diesel throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Honkanen sees it coming and avoids it easily.

Diesel misses with a lunging right hand
and Honkanen counters with a nice double leg into guard.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Honkanen is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
Honkanen loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Honkanen stands and throws Diesel's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Honkanen is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Diesel is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Honkanen has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Diesel is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Honkanen yanks on the arm and Diesel is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Honkanen.
