Coming up we have a super heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Roberto Congo (ranked 23735 p4p, 22709 weight class) and Dru Quick (ranked 62 p4p, 192 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Quick's choice of entrance music: Gangster's Paradise- Coolio. Roberto Congo is staring across the ring at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 9 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Roberto Congo!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Dru Quick!
The judges for this bout are Shirou Masuda, Kenichi Hosakawa and Shigeki Fujiwara.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Quick misses with a body shot.
Congo swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
Congo gets cracked there but stands up to it.
It looks like Roberto Congo has been cut.
Congo feints and then cracks Quick's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Quick down.
Congo swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Quick lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Congo throws a leg kick that is checked
and Quick counters with a really nice, stiff jab that drops Congo onto his ass. He'll have to take the mandatory count from the referee but he's back on his feet and he seems OK to continue.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Quick stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Congo.
Congo misses with a looping right.
Congo has been working on his boxing with his coaches at ETERNITY MMA/KT Academy in the buildup to the fight.
Congo drops his guard momentarily, allowing Quick to crack him with a picture perfect lead left hook! Boom! Down goes Congo! Oh, he's in big trouble - I don't like his chances here as the referee's count reaches 5. 6,7,8,9...10! He's out! Quick takes it!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:53 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punch). Dru Quick!
